Increase sales
The opportunity to live, from the comfort of profits and sales of your book, is a luxury that can only be enjoyed by a few authors. Many books not later than six months on the market. Are profits from the sale of books distributed in so many ways, it is difficult for a writer to generate significant revenues. Apart from the bookstore to make their profits, dealers, publishers, printers, and even line would cut into the profits of the author. All proceeds from the bookstore are returned to the editor, who will also be cut into the bottom line of the author. After all this activity, the issuer about four to six months paid by selling the physical book. This is why many authors can only receive a license fee for the entire year. The end result is that the book industry is broken. The two entities are taking the biggest kick in the pants is the publisher and author. To do for you, the author, a considerable sum from the sale of books, you must follow up on products with high profit margin.
Take a pencil and answer the following yes or no questions:
1) Do I have the potential for follow-up books (updated versions of IE)?
2) Do I have) the potential for a workbook (how many books?
3) can be converted to my book that is appropriate in an audiobook?
4) can be used my book to an online training class or video (or almost non-fiction can be)?
5) Can be used my book as a tool for that (as a professional speaker, best non-fiction books may have set)?
If you said yes to the above questions, then you can take advantage of all cases, follow-up sales. If you said no, no issues, probably than most that you do not just think about the answers. From my experience, less than 10 percent of the books are not following up sales potential.
Let's my first book as an example. During the first two years, published this book, I have not any kind of follow-up sales. Then I wrote a second book, based on experience learned, first from the book. When the new book was published, my book sales almost immediately doubled. The new book is just an extension of the first book. I found out that readers of their knowledge of the experience, wanted to test in the first book, and they follow the book gave them the power outlet. Now, instead of 100 percent of the customers for only one book, over 70 percent of these two books. Have your book has this potential? I bet it works.
